Mood’s Curl&Wave Neutralizer is suitable for perming all hair types, formulated to work alongside the Mood Perms (Curl&Wave Coloured or Bleached Hair and Curl&Wave Natural Hair) to achieve long-lasting curls.
How To Use:
• After the permanent processing time has elapsed, rinse and towel dry the hair.
• Apply the neutraliser several times to saturate each wrapped curler. Allow it to work for 5 minutes. Then gently remove the curler
• Apply the remaining neutraliser to the hair and allow it to work for another 5 minutes;
• Rinse completely.
