This process usually takes less than 24 hours if all of the correct information and supporting documents have been provided. Please note that all trade accounts are manually verified and the time this may take to process may be affected by a variety of factors but we will do our best to make this as quick as possible.

There are a variety of factors why a trade account may not be approved. A majority of these reasons stem from either inadequate information or supporting documentation. Please contact us if you have an issue.

If you are unable to register an account chances are that you may have already registered with us in the past. Try to think of what email address you would have used and reset the password through our website.

First step would be to fill out the trade registration form on our website and supply all of the relevant information and documentation. Then you will need to wait for a confirmation email from us stating that your account has been upgraded.

Unfortunately we do not offer 30 day accounts. However we do offer you a variety of payment options that will let you stretch out your payments over a period of time. These services are all from 3rd parties, so we do advise that you read all of their documentation before you choose the right one for your business.

All MOOD & Link-D products are made in Milan, Italy.

100% of products in the MOOD range are cruelty free.

A vast majority of MOOD products are vegan. MOOD has the aim to make 100% of its products vegan in the near future. To find out what products are vegan please visit the downloads page of this website and download the relevant pdf.

MOOD permanent hair colour has 100% grey coverage if used & mixed correctly. MOOD permanent colour has a different mixing ratio compared to most colours on the market, so please check this before mixing & applying your colour.

The MOOD education group is for professional stylists only. Either inadequate information or documentation has been provided. However all of these processes are manually approved, there is a chance that your application may have been missed. If this is the case please contact us.

We ship with a variety of shipping companies, each of which have different delivery times. Unfortunately we are unable to control how long an order is going to take to deliver once it leaves our warehouse. But we are more than happy to help find out why an order is taking longer than usual.

At this stage we do not offer a click and collect service. 

We freight our products all over Australia. We have limited product shipping to New Zealand at this stage but will expand on this in the future. 

We only offer delivery to Australia and New Zealand(Limited Product Selection). We do not ship to anywhere outside of these countries.

We strongly advise that you read our terms and conditions before making a purchase with us. However if your order fits within these terms and conditions please contact us and we will do our best to help you.

All MOOD upcoming educational events are listed on our website under the education section. Tickets to these events can be purchased through there. Please note that education tickets are non refundable after a certain time period has elapsed. As there are limited spaces available.

If your products were damaged in transit please contact us immediately and we will do our best to rectify the issue. To view the correct time frame to contact us for damaged goods please read our terms and conditions.

If you have received the wrong product or products in your order please contact us immediately and we will do our best to help rectify the issue.

MOOD is currently going through a packaging change. That being said, the products are the same, and we are doing our best to ensure the imagery on the website is updated as promptly as possible.

As described in the product description. MOOD starter kits can only be purchased once per customer/salon. If you have multiple salons that you are opening and wish to purchase a starter kit for each salon, please contact us and we will help you with this issue.

Stock for these are limited until a new batch of colour charts are made with the insert already added inside. You can either add one to your cart through our website, or if they aren’t available online please contact us and we can help you in this manner.
